Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2007, have allotted 13,39,615 and 4,57,701 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up at a conversion price of Rs 208/- per share to Deutsche Bank AG, London and Copthall Mauritius Investment Ltd, FCCB holders respectively. Details of the shares allotted are as follows: 1. Deutsche Bank AG, London - Value of Bonds Converted (USD) : 60,00,000 (600 Bonds) - No of Shares Allotted : 13,39,615 2. Copthall Mauritius Investment Ltd - Value of Bonds Converted (USD) : 20,50,000 (205 Bonds) - No of Shares Allotted : 4,57,701
