12-Mar-2021 17-Mar-2021 Tower Infrastructure Trusthas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/03/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Please note that a meeting of the Tower InvIT Committee of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited (formerly known as WIP (India) Private Limited), acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Tower Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, to consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of the Trust. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Thursday, March 25, 2021.
